RETURN & CANCELLATION POLICY
Returns
Products may be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, strictly in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect size delivered (different from what was ordered)
- Incorrect style or wrong product delivered
- Incomplete sets
In such cases, an exchange or e-Voucher (valid for 1 year) will be offered.
Exchanges are permitted for sizes and products of equal value only.
How to Initiate a Return

- Order Number
- Courier Docket Number / AWB Number
- Reason for Return
Return Guidelines
- Products and accessories must be returned in their original condition
- All tags must be intact and included
- Everyday Essentials are non-returnable
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned product in its original condition, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (online banking, credit/debit card) within 7 working days.
